Felizmente, os pilotos conseguiram conduzir com seguran\u00e7a o avi\u00e3o desativado de volta ao aeroporto e todos sobreviveram \u00e0 prova\u00e7\u00e3o. A tampa da porta foi recuperada; o mesmo aconteceu com v\u00e1rios telefones celulares pertencentes a passageiros. Com o tempo, descobriremos como isso aconteceu e por qu\u00ea.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Por enquanto, saber o que aconteceu afetar\u00e1 onde voc\u00ea estar\u00e1 disposto a sentar-se em um avi\u00e3o?\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<\/div><div style=\"text-align: center;\">*****<br \/>\u00a0<\/div><div>O processo de reconhecimento de perigo ocorre no espa\u00e7o de 12 cent\u00edmetros entre nossas orelhas. O mesmo acontece com a quest\u00e3o igualmente importante de decidir o que fazer quando um perigo for percebido. Porque somos humanos, este processo funciona tanto de forma l\u00f3gica \u2013 como emocional.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Visto objetivamente, este evento foi uma anomalia estat\u00edstica. Era um avi\u00e3o novo e uma falha como esta \u00e9 quase sem precedentes. Voc\u00ea pode esperar ouvir tudo sobre isso no relat\u00f3rio da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Al\u00e9m disso, ningu\u00e9m ficou ferido. A aeronave foi projetada para continuar voando apesar da perda total de press\u00e3o na cabine. Estatisticamente, existem muitos outros perigos que merecem aten\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e9ria, todos os quais podem ser encontrados ao n\u00edvel do solo, enquanto se move a baixa velocidade.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Pode fazer todo o sentido, mas n\u00e3o \u00e9 assim que o nosso c\u00e9rebro funciona.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Imaginando um evento catastr\u00f3fico como este, com consequ\u00eancias que seriam gr\u00e1ficas \u2013 uma imagem sendo sugada de um avi\u00e3o, como aqueles celulares \u2013 que est\u00e1 completamente fora do nosso controle, n\u00e3o podemos deixar de ser afetados. Essas s\u00e3o as condi\u00e7\u00f5es que fazem com que as pessoas temam um perigo e um grau saud\u00e1vel de medo afeta o comportamento.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>No m\u00ednimo, da pr\u00f3xima vez que voc\u00ea estiver sentado pr\u00f3ximo \u00e0 sa\u00edda de emerg\u00eancia, provavelmente manter\u00e1 o cinto de seguran\u00e7a afivelado durante todo o voo.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Essa seria uma rea\u00e7\u00e3o perfeitamente normal a um evento como este. Mesmo que voar em uma companhia a\u00e9rea comercial seja de longe a maneira mais segura de viajar.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Mas da pr\u00f3xima vez que voc\u00ea estiver no carro, ao volante e dirigindo, seria ainda melhor certificar-se de que o cinto de seguran\u00e7a est\u00e1 afivelado e de ficar longe do telefone.
